Transmission Control Module








The transmission control module (TCM) is located in the control module box in the engine compartment, position no.3, along with other control modules for engine management systems.

The system operates with two main types of control modules, both when it applies to the transmission and engine.

GROUP I:

AW5O-42, Fenix 5.2 and EZ129K/LH3.2 for engine variants as shown. All connections have a signal supply voltage of 3 Volts.

GROUP II:

AW5O-42, Fenix 5.2 and Motronic 4.3 for the B5202S, B5252S, B5254S and B5234T engines as shown. The connections in the transmission control module which are connected to the engine management control module have a 12 Volt signal supply. See also GC.
