Temperature Sensor (Gauge): Testing and Inspection

Temperature Gauge Sensor, Fault Tracing




- Check between sensor terminal and ground with an ohmmeter (1987-, between the two poles of the connector).
- Lower sensor into water until threads are covered.

NOTE: Sensor and thermometer must not touch the bottom of the vessel. Always allow the temperature to stabilize before taking readings.
