ECC With A/C Function

NOTE: The fault may either be in the component itself or in the associated wiring.

Ambient temperature sensor (on blower housing)

Interior temperature sensor (in roof light)
Short-circuit to ground 131 A

Coolant temperature sensor (In heater)
Short-circuit to ground 141 M
Open-circuit or short-circuit to 12 V 142 M

Generator
D+ Signal level fault in generator 151 A

Solar sensor (in loudspeaker grille) 161 I


NOTE: Illuminate sensor with lamp. If this is not done DTC will be displayed although sensor is intact.


Servomotor/potentiometer
Open-circuit or short-circuit to ground 211 A
Short-circuit to 12 V 212 A

Servomotor drive
Pin 17 or 18 connected incorrectly to 12 V 213 A

Servomotor
Motor activated for too long (blocked motor
