Programming box PIN 1399141-9Connect the programming box to the car or mains unit cigarette lighter socket by means of the accompanying cable (connection B1). The power supply must be capable of delivering at least 800 mA at 12-13.6 V DC. One suitable 220 V mains unit with a cigarette lighter socket is P/N 1363588-3.
A lead with banana plugs is connected to B2. The ground should be connected to the black socket and +12 V to the red socket.
- Set switch to ON.
The red "POWER ON" lamp will light up and the lower line on the display shows "INSERT UNIT1".
- Plug the alarm control module into the base of the programming box.
- Connect the green plug to the top of the control module.
The lower line of the display now shows the current status:
"UNIT IS ARMED"
"UNIT IS DISARMED"
To change the status:
- Press button 1 on the remote.
The status of the alarm is irrelevant during programming/testing.
NOTE: Always finish in deactivated status before the control module is removed after programming/testing.
