Disabling the Start Inhibitor

NOTE: First check that the other remotes work and that the remote batteries are in order.

Disabling the start inhibitor (only if necessary)

NOTE: If the alarm is activated and cannot be deactivated with any of the remotes, the car must be taken to a workshop to trace the fault. In which case disable the start inhibitor.

1. Ignition off.
2. Disconnect the alarm control module (item C/F).

3a. Bridge 50E and 50F on the alarm relay base.

3b. Alternatively use Starter Circuit P/N 3545333, which is placed in the control module relay base C.
The start inhibitor will then be disabled. (Starter will not work.)

- Commence fault tracing as per step N1. Step N1
