Electric Cooling Fan

The engine is equipped with a generously dimensioned cooling system with an electric cooling fan.

Located behind the radiator, the suction type fan replaces the conventional belt driven type.

The fan is a two-speed unit, the running speed of which depends on engine temperature and AC system pressure.

The fan is controlled electronically by a relay operated by the fuel/ignition system control unit.
