Front Lens Replacement

- Disconnect battery ground lead.
- Release catch and remove turn signal light.
- Remove headlight wiper arm.
- Remove 6 nuts from fender and lay it on the ground.
Be careful to avoid damaging the paintwork.
- Unplug the connectors.





- Unscrew the 3 screws on housing and remove the nuts.
- Lift off light cluster.




- Remove the 7 retaining clips for the lens.
- Remove the lens and seal.


NOTE: Do not touch the reflector with the fingers.


- Always renew the seal and reassemble in reverse order.
- Test.
- Check beam alignment.
