Positioning of A/C Hose





This service bulletin describes the method to ensure that the A/C hose between the compressor and the accumulator/drier does not contact the compressor pulley. The hose is fastened in position using a clamp at the lower engine coolant radiator member, see illustration.

The clamp will be included in production cars from chassis nos. 964-050725 and 965-019048.

The clamp referred to in this SB has P/N 952642-7. Other parts required are spring nuts 191391-5 and flange screw 968476-2.
