This service bulletin describes the working method for replacing the trim molding in the bumper wraparound. The same method is used for front and rear bumper wraparounds with the exception for adjusting the molding's length for the front bumper.
The molding for the front and rear bumpers will be stocked only in lengths to fit the rear bumper wraparound, which is longest. The molding must be shortened to fit the front bumper wraparound.
The new molding has the part number 9126751-8
The method for removal and installation of the bumper can be found in the Service Manual

REPLACEMENT OF TRIM MOLDING IN BUMPER WRAPAROUND
Attach a piece of masking tape approx 15cm (5.9") wide to the bumper wraparound below the trim molding to prevent scratching. Run the tape along the length of the trim molding.
Insert a putty knife under the molding and bend it outward.
Pull off molding.
Using the molding removed as a template adjust the length of the new molding to fit.
Cut off molding.
Use body sealant (P/N 1161377) in the two holes for the molding ends, below the bumper wraparound.
The body sealant prevents damage to the chrome section of the molding.
Insert one end of the molding in the hole (A) below the bumper wraparound.
The molding must be fastened in place with the wide flange (B) downward.
Press the molding into the bumper wraparound by pressing the molding by hand against the wraparound and moving hand sideways.
When there are approx. 20 cm (7.9") remaining to press into place, the other end of the molding must be inserted in the hole below the bumper wraparound, before the remaining length of molding is pressed into place.
Pull off masking tape from bumper wraparound.
