Check that the wheel sensor is fitted securely to the spindle/hub

Check that there is no play in the wheel bearing of the wheel in question and that it does not jam.

Check the wheel sensor and control module connectors for contact resistance and oxidation as per Checking wiring and terminals. Intermittent faults Checking Wiring and Terminals. Intermittent Faults.
Check the cable between wheel sensor connector connection:
- 1 and #11 (DTC ABS-321)
- 2 and #4 (DTC ABS-321)
- 1 and #18 (DTC ABS-322)
- 2 and #3 (DTC ABS-322)
for intermittent breaks as per Checking wiring and terminals. Intermittent faults Checking Wiring and Terminals. Intermittent Faults , intermittent short-circuiting to ground as per Checking wiring and terminals. Intermittent faults Checking Wiring and Terminals. Intermittent Faults and intermittent short-circuiting to power as per Checking wiring and terminals. Intermittent faults Checking Wiring and Terminals. Intermittent Faults.
