Diagnostic trouble code (DTC) information

Condition
If the on-board diagnostic system has posted a fault in any of the internal sensor module functions, the diagnostic trouble code (DTC) SRS-112 is stored.

Possible source
- Internal fault in the sensor module.

Fault symptom[s]
- No symptoms apart from the SRS warning lamp coming on.

Warning! There is a risk that the SRS will not work if this DTC is stored.

Note! DTC SRS-112 should not be erased, the sensor module should be returned to Volvo in accordance with current procedures.
