BVA. Information On Trouble Shooting

Condition
The SRS warning lamp is on but no diagnostic code is displayed. (The SRS warning lamp should come on in normal circumstances when the ignition is switched on and should go off after about 3 seconds or when the engine is running.)

Possible Source
SRS warning lamp on.

Fault Symptom(s)
No communication with SRS diagnostic system

Before continuing with trouble-shooting it is important to take note of the following:
All the tests for the current system should have been completed
No faults in the components, connectors, wires, etc. have been found.
Have at the tests been completed without finding any faults?
Yes: Go to BVB2.
No: Fault not found


BVB2. Replacing the component






Access/replace the control unit, Roll Bar Control Module
