Condition




- No DTCs stored in the ECC control module, combined instrument panel or ABS control module.
- Combined instrument panel functions normally.

Possible source
- Open-circuit in signal cable.
- Short-circuit to supply voltage or ground in the signal cable.
- Contact resistance in terminals.

Fault symptom[s]
- Blower fan does not operate.
- Blower fan runs at one speed only.
