Turn signal lens, condensation
Background:
In areas with high humidity, condensation may form on the inside of the front turn signal lenses. Vehicles with chassis numbers lower than listed here may be affected. On vehicles with higher chassis numbers, the lenses have been modified.

Removal of assembly housing. 1
Turn the ignition off.
Push down catches holding lamp assembly (see illustration).
Remove the entire lamp assembly and separate the bulb socket from the housing.
Drill ventilation hole 2
Use a 1/8" drill bit.
Slide a piece of rubber hose over the bit so that only 1/8" of the drill bit is visible.
This will keep the bit from plunging during drilling. Drill a number of holes that together form a 5/16" (8 mm) oblong hole.
Be careful not to damage the lens when the drill passes through the lamp housing.
Reinstall lamp assembly with bulb and ensure function of turn signal.
