Rear Door Window Glass: Service and Repair

REPLACING REAR DOOR WINDOW






REMOVE:
- The winder handle (cover plate), insert the drift (screwdriver) in hole as illustrated at the same time as the handle is withdrawn.
- 3 screws on the underside of the door panel.
- Inner door opener.
- Loudspeaker screw.
- Door panel
- Loudspeaker cable at the connector.
- Window lift mechanism cassette wind down the window.
- Cover
- Inner weatherstrip Remove the sealing trim strip from the guide rail. Slacken off and lift out the guide rail and pull it straight up.
- Window from window lift mechanism. Lift out windshield.

INSTALL:
- Window
- Window in window lift mechanism. Window should be wound down.
- Guide rail with sealing trim strip. Guide in the rail from above.
- Loudspeaker
- Door panel
- Weatherstrip
