Condition
Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) ECC-413 is stored if the Control module detects an open-circuit in the blower fan motor circuit.

Condition
None.

Possible source
- Open-circuit in the control signal cable or ground lead.
- Contact resistance in terminals.
- Defective blower fan motor.

Condition
- The orange indicator LED in the REC and Air Conditioning (A/C) buttons flashes for approximately 20 seconds.
