Camber

Camber angle can be adjusted by modifying spring struts. To correct angle, proceed as follows:
1. Disconnect spring strut from steering knuckle, then drill out upper holes in shock absorber attachment to .55 inch (14 mm). Clean burrs from holes after drilling.
2. Install washer 3 546 451-0 with an old bolt and nut in lower hole. Do not tighten fully.
3. Install fixing plug 3 546 450-2 in upper hole, then drill a .16 inch (4 mm) hole through washer and shock absorber attachment. Drill at center of washer, then knock clamping pin 951 950-5 into hole.
4. Install spring strut using eccentric bolt 3 546 449-4 in upper hole and new bolt 977 267-4 in lower hole. Tighten bolts very lightly.
5. Adjust camber angle by turning upper bolt, then torque both nuts to 48 ft. lbs., plus an additional 90°.
