Raise the car
Remove left sound damper rubber mounting
Hang up the sound damper with tie straps so that the damper is as high as possible.





Remove the outer nut (1) to the transverse arm mounting and remove the screw
Mark up the position of the right transverse arm mounting in relation to the left trailing arm hole (2)
Make a punch mark in the mounting at the edge of the hole. Remove the other mounting screw.

Note! It is very important that the marking is carried out correctly otherwise the rear wheel toe-in will be wrong.

Remove:





- the anti-roll bar mounting screws
- the anti-roll bar

Installation
Install the new anti-roll bar
1. Install the screws with new nuts 2, 3.Use new screws and nuts Do not tighten the screws yet.
Install the transverse arm mounting onto the trailing arm with new screws and nuts





Install the inner screw (1) and nut. Adjust mounting as marked (2). Tighten the nut so that the position is fixed.
Install screw (3) and nut.
Tighten the nuts to 50 Nm (36.9 ft. lbs.) and angle tighten 120°.
Use bevel protractor 951 2050.

Tighten anti-roll bar mounting screws





1. Tighten to 50 Nm (36.9 ft. lbs.)
2. Tighten to 50 Nm (36.9 ft. lbs.) and angle-tighten 90°
3. Tighten to 65 Nm (47.9 ft. lbs.). Angle-tighten to 90°.
Use bevel protractor 951 2050.

Cut off the tie strap holding sound damper up





Reinstall rubber mounting
