Polishing with 3M's MICRO FINISH FILM

Begin by wet sanding the surface with a Finesse hand pad 13441




Remove the sanding residue with a clean cloth.

Rub 3M Finesse-It 9631 thinly over the surface




Polish the surface for 12-15 seconds with an oscillating machine, though not for more than 15 seconds as "the pad" gets too hot. Finish the polishing by using lighter strokes.

Rub on 3M Perfect-It




3M 05996 for dark paint. Hand polish until a good gloss is achieved. Use a clean cloth. Thereafter use a dry wash-leather to remove any polish remains.
The result can be checked best in sunlight or in a dark environment with the aid of an individual light.
