Replacing coolant hose between heater and coolant pump

Removing air baffle





Remove:
- air baffle

Replacing coolant hose





Install:
- hose clips on pump and heater hoses.
Position a container under the heater.
Cut off any tie straps around hose and wiring.

Remove:
- hose.

Install:
- new hose with new hose clamps.
- tie straps around the hose and wiring in the same way as the ones removed.
Test start the heater. Check function and that there is no leakage.

Installing air baffle





Install:
- air baffle
Top up coolant.
