Check cable between engine control module (ECM) #A6 (#A6) and engine cooling fan (FC) relay #IN2 for a short-circuit to supply voltage according to Checking wiring and terminals. Permanent fault Checking Wiring and Terminals. Permanent Fault.
Remedy as necessary.
