- No diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs) stored.
- The fault is permanent

Possible source
- Open-circuit on power supply to MCC control module #A4.
- Open-circuit or short-circuit voltage on the signal cables between MCC-control module #A1, #A2, #A3, #A5 and fan resistor terminal 2, 6, 4, 1.
- Open-circuit on power supply between MCC control module #A6 and blower fan.
- Open-circuit on power supply or ground lead to blower fan.
- Blower fan or blower fan resistor disconnected.
- Contact resistance in terminals.
- Defective blower fan.
- Defective blower fan resistor.

Fault symptom[s]
- Blower fan does not operate.
- Blower fan runs at one speed only.
