Pull out the front edge of the seat.

Backrest




Remove the 2 screws at the bottom.
Pull the seat belts around the backrest.
To remove the seat belt, see Rear seat belts Rear Seat Belts.

Head restraint




Stick your hand behind the backrest as arrowed (see the illustration) and remove head restraints.

Rear seat upholstery
The method for replacing the upholstery on both sections of the rear seat is generally the same as for the front seat. See Backrest upholstery Backrest Upholstery.
