Identifying cars constructed according to ORVR




Fuel/ignition system constructed according to On-board Refueling Vapor Recovery (ORVR) identified using VINCODE marking.
If the 8th position in the VINCODE marking identification number is 8 or 9 the fuel/ignition system is constructed according to ORVR.

Hint: The VINCODE decal can be found on three places in the car:
- in the windscreen lower edge, on the driver's side, visible from the outside
- in the engine compartment, above the battery
- on the driver's door short side, under the lock.
