Tips for removing, replacing and installing




When replacing the seat rail or gear in the power seat it is easier to install:
- seat rail.
- spacer plate.
- gear.
- motors.
first in one unit before reinstalling them in the seat assembly.




Pull up the height adjustment levers to the highest position.
Align the seat rail assembly.
Check that the screws (C) are all the way in in their channels.
Check that screw hole (A) is aligned so that the stud screw goes in easily.
Tighten the screwed joint (A) halfway.
Tighten screwed joint (B).
Tighten screwed joint (A).
