Removing the dashboard





Remove:
- V70: The dashboard. See (engine B5254T4) or Dashboard, replacing Dashboard, Replacing (other engines)
- S60: The dashboard. See Dashboard, replacing Dashboard, Replacing (engine B5254T4) or Dashboard, replacing Dashboard, Replacing (other engines).
Tape the firewall member as illustrated, with ten pieces of velour tape (P/N 9511045). (The tape should be placed in the front edge of the dashboard contact surface with the member.)

Installing the dashboard

Install:
- V70: The dashboard. See (engine B5254T4) or Dashboard, replacing Dashboard, Replacing (other engines)
- S60: The dashboard. See Dashboard, replacing Dashboard, Replacing (engine B5254T4) or Dashboard, replacing Dashboard, Replacing (other engines).

Note! Check that the front edge molding of the dashboard is in position and does not come loose when the dashboard is installed.
