Checking the rear parking lamps

Checking the fuses and the cables
Check that fuses 11C/30 (group 1) and 11C/31 (group 2) in the passenger compartment are intact.
For group 1, check the cables between:
- fuse 11C/30 and shunt 20/28
- shunt 20/28 and terminal #1 in the left and right lower lamp housings (in the cargo compartment).
check for an open-circuit or short-circuit to ground.
For group 2, check the cables between:
- fuse 11C/31 and shunt 20/33
- shunt 20/33 and terminal #2 the left and right lower lamp housings (in the cargo compartment).
check for an open-circuit or short-circuit to ground.
For all groups, check the ground leads between terminal #4 in the left and right lower lamp housings (in the cargo compartment) and the ground terminal. Check for an open-circuit.
Check the control module connector terminal #B1 and the lock unit connector terminal #6. Check for contact resistance and oxidation. Check the intermediate cable. Check for an open-circuit.
Remedy as necessary.
