Replacing the loudspeaker

Removing the loudspeaker




Remove the center console according to Replacing the rear center tunnel console / center console Replacing the Rear Center Tunnel Console / Center Console.
Remove the control module according to Replacing the control module Service and Repair.
Disconnect the connector for the loudspeaker.
Cut the clamps off the cable.
Remove the loudspeaker and cable as illustrated.

Installing the loudspeaker
Cut and stick Velcro strip (soft section) 912 8331 for the loudspeaker.
Dimensions: 180x55 mm.
Measure the size of the Velcro strip on the old loudspeaker.
Cut and stick the Velcro strip (hooked section) on the loudspeaker.
Install and press the loudspeaker into place.

Install:
- the clamps for the cable
- the connector
- the control module according to Replacing the control module Service and Repair
- the center console according to Replacing the rear center tunnel console / center console Replacing the Rear Center Tunnel Console / Center Console.
