Checking amplifier and loudspeaker wiring

Fault-tracing information
Check that the settings (volume, fade, balance, central volume or effect volume) are not causing the fault symptom.
Check that the sound reproduction from several sources (radio, CD or cassette playing).
Check that all connectors are correctly connected to the audio unit and amplifier.
Check that the loudspeakers are not broken.

Measure the voltage between #F1 and #F2 on the amplifier. Voltage should be approximately 12 V.

Separate the gray connectors (behind the head unit/audio unit) on the wiring from the loudspeakers and the loudspeaker wiring from the amplifier.
Connect the wiring from the loudspeakers to the head unit/audio unit connector B.
Check that the sound is OK from all loudspeakers.
