Checking the wires and connectors
Check control unit and fuel gauge sensor connectors for a loose contact as described in Checking wiring and terminals. Intermittent faults Checking Wiring and Terminals. Check wires between fuel gauge sensor connector 5 and test box A02 ( A2) for an intermittent open circuit, as described in Checking wiring and terminals. Intermittent faults Checking Wiring and Terminals. Intermittent Faults , an intermittent short circuit to ground, as described in Checking wiring and terminals. Intermittent faults Checking Wiring and Terminals. Intermittent Faults and for an intermittent short circuit to voltage supply, as described in Checking wiring and terminals. Check ground wire between test box A10 ( A10) and fuel gauge sensor connector 6 for an intermittent open circuit as described in Checking wiring and terminals. Intermittent faults Checking Wiring and Terminals. Intermittent Faults.
