Signal missing. Intermittent fault

Checking the wires
Check the signal wire between the rear electronic module (REM) connector B06 ( D6) and the level sensor (ISM) connector 2 for an intermittent short circuit to ground as described in Checking wiring and terminals. Intermittent faults Checking Wiring and Terminals. Intermittent Faults.
Check the two connectors for intermittent contact resistance and oxidation as described in Checking wiring and terminals. Intermittent faults Checking Wiring and Terminals. Intermittent Faults.
If no fault is found, replace the sensor.
