Checking the wires and components
Check that relay for "Reversing lamp" (location 2/80) is correctly installed.
Check relay connection (2/80) for contact resistance and oxidation as described in Checking wiring and terminals. Intermittent faults Checking Wiring and Terminals. Intermittent Faults , and for a loose contact as described in Checking wiring and terminals. Intermittent faults Checking Wiring and Terminals. Intermittent Faults.

- When relay is installed and activated, relay control voltage should be 0 V.
