Replacing the component
Replace relay for "Reversing lamp" (location 2/80) and check relay connection, in particular the relay control (2/80 2), for a short circuit to voltage supply as described in Checking wiring and terminals. Permanent fault Checking Wiring and Terminals. Permanent Fault.

- When relay is installed and activated, relay control voltage ( 2) should be 0 V.

- Ignition off.
- Install the components, connect the connectors, etc.
- Ignition on.
Activate reversing lamps.
