No diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs) are stored in the head unit/audio module.

Possible source
- Open-circuit, short-circuit to ground or short-circuit to supply voltage in the cable.
- Defective main antenna.
- Defective sub-antenna.
- Defective the head unit/audio module.

- Poor radio reception.
