Diagnostic trouble code (DTC) DDM/PDM-0020 is stored if the control module registers the signal from hall sensor H2 but not H1 when the power window lift motor is activated.

Possible source
- Hall sensor H1 not working.
- Short-circuit in the signal cable for hall sensor H1.
- Open-circuit in the signal cable for Hall sensor H1.

- Automatic window closure does not function.
