Condition
No RTI diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs) are stored in the central electronic module.
No diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs) are stored in the road traffic information (RTI) control module.

Possible source
- Open-circuit, short-circuit to ground or short-circuit to supply voltage in the cable
- Defective display screen
- Defective road traffic information (RTI) control module.

Fault symptom[s]
- The display screen does not deploy.
