Separating the tailgate hinge







The hinge on the tailgate can be separated in the center. This means that the tailgate does not need to be aligned.


NOTE: This task requires two people because of the risk of damage to the tailgate


- Remove the side piece
- Remove the wiring and the washer hose
- Remove two screws from each side.

Assembling the tailgate hinge
- Install the two screws and hinge.
