Replacing the roller bearing / axial bearing

Removal




- Move the turn table to the dismount (maximum) position
- Tap the axial bearing free using a hammer.

Installation




- Install the axial bearing
- Knock the axial bearing down into place. Use a large sleeve and a hammer
- Lower the seat / turn table to the driving position.

Function test
Run the turn table to the dismount (maximum position). Run the seat / turn table to the driving position.
Listen and look to check that the turn table moves freely and that there is no noise from the axial bearing. Repeat this check.
