SUBJECT: SUBMISSION OF WARRANTY CLAIMS
This bulletin is to clarify Yugo America, Inc.'s position regarding Warranty claims with repair dates prior to December 31, 1987.

Please be advised that effective January 31, 1988, Yugo America, Inc. will NOT accept Warranty claims which have a repair date of December 31, 1987 or prior.
