Subject: Warranty Part Tag (Form No. 6233) Revised



In an effort to improve and expedite handling of warranty parts submitted to Yugo America, Inc., the Warranty Part Tag has been revised to include additional required information data from the dealership.

It is very important that the tag is completely and accurately filled out. A facsimile of the tag appears in this Bulletin.

The tag is available through the Parts Distribution Center in unit of issue quantities of 50. When ordering, use Form Number 6233.

Please note, for every one (1) of Number 6233 ordered, you will receive 50 tags. All warranty parts should be tagged and stored as per instructions in the Warranty Policies and Procedures Manual, Section 5, Pages 4 and 5.
