SUBJECT: Recall Claim Form Completion and Reimbursement Claim Number:


1. Properly complete the Recall Claim Form (see sample). Please make certain to print clearly, as illegible information will delay the processing time. Incomplete forms will be returned to sender.

2. The form must be signed by both the vehicle owner and the authorized dealership represertative. For stock vehicles the service manager's signature is mandatory.

3. Mail the Recall Claim Form to Yugo America, Inc.'s Warranty Departmert in the self addressed / postage pre-paid envelope(s) (provided) once a week. Yugo America, Inc. will reimburse your dealership at your approved warranty labor rate:


Labor time reimbursement = 0.8 hours.

Parts are supplied free of charge by Yugo America, Inc.'s Parts Department.

Do not enter recall claim(s) through your T.E.C. terminal.

Refer to your bimonthly credit memo for reimbursements.
