Clearing Diagnostic Trouble Codes

Use any one of the following steps to erase diagnostic fault codes from the ECU:
1. Disconnect battery cables for at least 10 seconds, then use erase command on the tester.
2. Access ``End Of Diagnosis Code 11,'' then turn the toggle switch On for more then 10 seconds. Refer to ``Diagnostic Fault Code Output'' for procedure.
