DTC indicator G: Climate Control Unit Internal Error

NOTE:

- Check the battery condition Testing and Inspection and the charging system . Charging System Indicator Circuit Troubleshooting

- If you are troubleshooting multiple DTCs, be sure to follow the instructions in B-CAN system diagnosis test mode A. Troubleshooting - B-CAN System Diagnosis Test Mode A

1. Turn the ignition switch to LOCK (0), and then to ON (II).

2. Do the self-diagnostic with the climate control unit. Initial Inspection and Diagnostic Overview

3. Check for DTCs.

Is DTC indicator G indicated?
YES - The climate control unit is faulty, replace the climate control unit. Climate Control Unit Removal/Installation

NO - Intermittent failure, the climate control unit is OK at this time.
