Power switch will not turn off radio (information on display)

NOTE:
- Check for after market accessories plugged into the vehicle's accessory power sockets.
- Check the connectors for poor connections or loose terminals.

1. Turn the ignition switch to ON (II).
2. Push the audio unit power switch OFF.

Does the audio unit turn off?

YES - Operation is normal.

NO - Replace the audio unit.
