NOTE:
- Always check the connectors for poor connections or loose terminals.
- Before troubleshooting, make sure you have the navigation system anti-theft code.
- After troubleshooting, enter the anti-theft code, and initialize the navigation system.
- This symptom is caused by a defective yaw rate sensor. Perform this diagnostic when the vehicle is cold and warm.

1. Turn the ignition switch ON (II).
2. Go into the Diagnostic Menu and use the "Yaw Rate" test.

Are the values correct?

YES - Intermittent failure. The system is OK at this time.

NO - Replace the navigation unit.
