Fuel Fill Door Latch/Actuator Replacement

NOTE:

- Put on gloves to protect your hands.
- Take care not to scratch the body or the related parts.

1. Remove the left trunk side trim panel Interior Trim Removal / Installation - Trunk Area.

2. Remove the fuel fill door latch/actuator (A).

1. Remove the fuel fill door latch (B) by turning it 90 ° from the body.

2. Disconnect the actuator connector (C).

3. Loosen the screws, then remove the actuator by sliding it forward.





3. Install the fuel fill door latch/actuator in the reverse order of removal, and note these items:

- Apply multipurpose grease to the fuel fill door latch as indicated by the arrows.
- Make sure the fuel fill door operates properly.
- Make sure the actuator connector is plugged in properly.
