Function 05-Erasing Diagnostic Trouble Codes

NOTE: Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs) cannot be erased until they have been accessed.

If the ignition was switched Off, or the vehicle was driven at over 20 km/h (13 mph), between Accessing Diagnostic Trouble Codes and attempts to Erase Diagnostic Codes, DTC memory will not be erased.

- Press buttons 0 and 5 to select "Erase DTC Memory" function 05.

- Press Q button to confirm input.

If "DTC Memory is not erased" appears in the display, it will be necessary to access the DTC memory prior to the next attempt to erase DTC Memory. If "DTC Memory is erased" appears in the display, refer to Function 06, End Output. Function 06-End Output
