Code Control Module (function 07)
Using this function, the control module For automatic vertical aim control can be coded as follows:
- Vehicle model
- Drive layout

Procedure
- Initiate On Board Diagnostic (OBD) of automatic vertical headlight aim control, Initiating


Display on VAS5051:







- Select diagnostic function "07 - Code Control Module" in selection -1-.


Display on VAS5051:







1 - Enter code word Max. input value = 32767
- Enter 5-digit coding in button field -2-.Insert zeros in front.

00020 A6/S6 sedan/Avant
00030 allroad quattro

Example:
Desired input value: 20
Keypad input: 00020

- Press -Q- button to confirm input.

- Wait until the next indication appears on display.

2 - Control module identification with new coding (previous coding in parentheses)
- End function "07 - Erase DTC Memory" by pressing <- button.
- Initiate Output Diagnostic Test Mode (DTM), Basic Setting (Function 04)
