5) First check harness connectors for corroded terminals or water entry and replace if necessary.





Note on DTC 17100 / P0716:
^ Condition for DTC recognition: One transmission position (D or S) has been positively engaged, not an intermediate position. Engine RPM while driving is higher than 608 RPM. Transmission output RPM while driving is higher than 416 RPM.
^ The DTC is displayed when the conditions for DTC recognition are met and transmission input RPM is equal 0 RPM or higher than 8000 RPM.
