Oil Level Thermal Sensor

Removing

• Before raising the vehicle on a hoist (wheels off the ground), activate the vehicle lift mode.

- Loosen the noise insulation fasteners - 1 - and remove the noise insulation.





- Place an oil drain pan under the vehicle.

- Drain the engine oil.

- Disconnect the electrical connector - 1 - from the oil level thermal sensor (G266).





- Remove the oil level thermal sensor.

Installing

• Replace the seals.

- Clean sealing surfaces, must be free of oil and grease.

- Apply sealant to oil pan studs - arrows -.





- Install the oil level thermal sensor - 4 -.

- Connect the electrical connector - 3 -.

- Add engine oil and check the oil level.

- Install the noise insulation.
